In Belarus, a serious cause of severe injuries among adolescents was a passion for hooking. This was reported to journalists on September 24 by the senior inspector on special orders of the Department of prevention of the main Department of law enforcement and prevention of the Ministry of internal Affairs Roman Bardeev, reports the correspondent of the Agency “Minsk-Novosti”.

According to the law enforcement officer, extreme people often do not think that trains travel at a speed of up to 140 km / h on the railway, and a significant part of the tracks are electrified with a voltage of more than 25 thousand volts.

- And this voltage is so high that for a fatal electric shock, sometimes you do not even need to touch the wires - just get close to them, Bardeev said. Such a tragic incident occurred in Baranovichi. On July 3, the teenager climbed onto the roof of the truck for fun. Clinging to the elements of the contact network, he received a powerful shock and burns 65% of the body. The child has already undergone four complex operations.

According to R. Bardeev, the desire to spend time in unusual places attracts teenagers like a magnet to long-term construction and ownerless buildings. And the lack of adult control makes such dangerous objects popular for questionable games and even crimes. The speaker told about the incident in Vitebsk, where a group of young adventurers entered the abandoned shop of one of the enterprises.

- Teenagers stole gas masks, which in the future planned to resell to peers, said R. Bardeev. They did not have time to finish what they planned. The young stalkers were promptly detained by police officers.

The representative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs reminded that the buildings under construction and abandoned are not a place for games, since the structures can collapse at any time and lead to an irreparable tragedy.
