Smolensk private school underpaid the salary of the teacher

In mid-August 2026, the State Labor Inspectorate in the Smolensk region was approached by the teacher of LLC Fitskul, working in the field of additional education of children. He said that upon dismissal, the employer did not pay him in full.

After considering the appeal, the inspector found a violation of the employee's right to full payment of wages. To restore his rights, the organizations issued a warning and pointed to the need for a correct calculation, including compensation for delayed payments.

The head of the regional labor inspectorate, Alexei Kazmenkov, noted that warnings in some cases are no less effective than verification measures. According to him, employers often violate labor rights unintentionally due to ignorance of the law.

In this case, the adopted measure gave a positive result: the employer transferred to the employee all the necessary additional payments, after which his rights were restored.
