Glass dream: the slippery woman was engaged in a stained glass business under a social contract
She received state support from the second attempt

A resident of Old Oskol Tatiana Lazebna develops stained glass art with the help of a social contract. Today, people from different parts of Russia turn to her workshop. They order stained glass windows and decorative products.
Creative personality from a family of artists
Tatiana Labezna grew up in a family of artists and wanted to follow in the footsteps of her parents, but her mother discouraged this idea. She was educated as a kindergarten teacher, but her soul still lay to creativity.
After the divorce, a resident of Old Oskol returned to her father’s old house and decided to create stained glass windows.
First experience, then social contract
The first attempt to get state support through the employment center ended in failure due to lack of experience. The master went to the sculptor in Mtsensk, Orel region, to study the craft and participate in exhibitions. She returned home with experience and credentials.
The woman again applied and got into the governor’s grant competition “New Opportunities 2.0”. There she was trained in several more programs and learned a lot about doing business.
The social contract helped purchase a grinder, a glass sintering oven and consumables. And participation in the program of state support for small and medium-sized businesses allowed to receive money for the creation of banners, signs and a website.
The magic of glass
Tatiana Labeznaya works in the Tiffany technique. First, she sketches the part, divides it into segments and picks up the glass. Then the craftsman operates a glass cutter and a grinder. After each piece you need to wrap copper foil with a sticky layer. Copper parts are covered with a chemical reagent and soldered solder. At the end of the seams must be covered with patina.
It also applies the fusing technique, in which the glass is sintered at high temperature. For example, from the window and bottle you can make dishes, vases, caskets and much more.
Tatiana Lazebnoy plans to create a stained glass art object in Stary Oskol and open a gallery in a 200-year-old basement under her house. She intends to realize her dream and more widely acquaint Old-Oskol residents and guests of the city with stained glass art. More details - in the material "BelPress".
Recall that the social contract helped Belgorod to start a vegetable business.
