The court ordered the producer of drinks to officially employ 17 people in Kirov
Employees of the Prosecutor’s Office of the Leninsky District of Kirov conducted a comprehensive inspection of compliance with labor law in a number of commercial enterprises operating in the territory of the regional center

The reason for the supervisory measures was signals about possible violations of the rights of hired specialists.
During the proceedings, it turned out that the management of a company specializing in the production of low-alcohol products grossly violated the current legal norms.
From October 2020 to February 2026, a woman hired as a sales representative performed her labor duties without concluding a formal employment contract.
Instead, the employer signed a civil service contract with her.
Such substitution of concepts deprived the employee of legal social guarantees, paid leave and benefits.
To restore justice, the district prosecutor sent a statement of claim to the court demanding that the relations between the parties be recognized as labor relations, as well as oblige the firm to make appropriate records in the applicant’s employment record book.
During the trial, representatives of the respondent company provided information indicating the mass nature of such practices.
It turned out that similarly, the organization formalized legal relations with another 17 trade representatives, whose activities were also to be regulated exclusively by the Labor Code of the Russian Federation.
The court fully sided with the supervisory authority and satisfied the stated requirements.
The district prosecutor’s office plans to use the information received about systemic violations of the law for further human rights work.
The execution of the judicial verdict after its entry into legal force is under the control of the prosecutor's office, and supervisory inspections continue.
