In Tula for two months closed the cafe "Zhar Bazar" on the street Mosina, 6. As reported “MK in Tula” in the joint press service of the courts and the regional DSA, such a decision was made by the Soviet district court after the inspection of Rospotrebnadzor, which was held on September 17, 2026, by individual entrepreneur Shishkin A.A.
During the inspection, it turned out that the flow of technological processes is not observed in the kitchen: when preparing hot dishes, salads and baking, raw vegetables, meat, poultry and fish intersect with finished products. The sanitary treatment of dishes and equipment was also violated: there was no hot water and disinfectants, and cutting equipment for raw and finished products was not processed separately.
The court found the entrepreneur guilty under article 6.6 of the administrative code of the Russian Federation and imposed a punishment in the form of suspension of the cafe for 60 days.
Earlier, MK in Tula reported that the management of Rospotrebnadzor in the Tula region summed up the results of sanitary and epidemiological investigations of cases of poisoning and intestinal infections in catering establishments for eight months of 2026. At the end of the period, 37 investigations were conducted against 40 establishments.
