In Pechora and Ostrovsky municipal districts, the action “Safety Trafaret” was held, timed to the preventive event “Attention – children!”. Details of “MK in Pskov” reported in the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Pskov region.
Inspectors of the traffic police together with young traffic inspectors came to pedestrian crossings near schools and dangerous intersections, where with the help of stencils and spray paint put on the asphalt inscriptions: “Take off the headphones!”, “Put the phone away!”, “Stop!!” Make sure the transition is safe.”.
The purpose of the action is to remind both children and adult pedestrians of the rules of the road when crossing the roadway. Participants hope that pedestrians at the sight of such “safety stencils” will think about the importance of compliance with traffic rules.
