Third of the month is weekend: How much will you really need to work in November
Associate Professor of Labor Law and Social Security Law named K

Associate Professor of the Department of Labor Law and Social Security Law named after K. N. Gusov of the Kutafin University (MGYUA) Mikhail Afanasyev told how working and weekend days were distributed in November. According to the expert, out of 30 calendar days of the month, 20 will fall on working days, and 10 on weekends and holidays.
The key holiday will be November 4 – this day in Russia celebrates the Day of National Unity. Since the date falls on Wednesday, a long "double" weekend is not expected, but the fact of an additional non-working day will allow many to correctly plan personal affairs or a short rest.
Afanasiev also outlined working hours for November depending on the length of the working week. With a standard 40-hour schedule, employees will have to work 159 hours. For workers with a 36-hour week, the norm will be 143 hours, and with a reduced 24-hour schedule - no more than 95 hours. These figures will help plan the load and avoid overwork.
Earlier, MK in Tula wrote that a significant proportion of Tula employees perceive interaction with the leadership not as strict subordination, but as almost friendly communication. According to the survey, which covered employed and economically active residents of the city, a friendly tone in communication with the boss is typical for 23% of respondents.
At the same time, the majority of Tulyaks maintain clear professional boundaries in their relations with the head: 59% of respondents emphasize that they build exclusively a business format of interaction. This arrangement of figures demonstrates that, despite some examples of informal approach, the urban working environment is still dominated by the classic style of work relations.
