Devotion and responsibility: the key to the successful work of the enterprise and its prospects - hardworking people

Minsk Dairy Plant No. 1 has become an important page in the work biography for many. Someone got a job here recently and is just beginning to get acquainted with the production, get used to working days. Someone has been working here for decades, having gone through a multifaceted professional path. Once the local masters of their craft themselves faced difficulties, and now use their many years of experience to help beginners get comfortable in the shops and on the conveyor belt.

Old-timers of the staff of Minsk Dairy Plant No. 1 is a holding company with production sites in Molodechno, Volozhin, Narochi, Vileika, as well as in the capital, which is famous primarily for its team. As noted by the chief specialist of the trade union organization Inna Chadeeva, each production site has its own specialization, but the true pride of the plant is people. Tamara Chichiro, who went from accountant to CEO, has a special authority here – she knows the production, economy and mood of the team thoroughly.

The trade union committee, in turn, acts as a reliable support for employees. Social guarantees, the specialist emphasizes, are strictly implemented.

- We help solve any household and family issues, Inna Viktorovna comments. From the birth of a child to difficult life situations. We always meet each other.

In a huge team of more than 3.5 thousand people, there are those who are loyal to the plant for many years. Senior master Tatiana Yavorovich has been working here since 1995.

She came in the footsteps of her mother. Ten years worked on the manufacture of cottage cheese, then was a master, received higher education and now manages the site as a senior master.

- In difficult situations, the advice of experienced colleagues always helped, she admits. Our factory employs real professionals, explain everything clearly, which becomes clear the first time. Today, under her leadership, glazed cheeses are released. There are plans not to lower the bar of quality and continue to work at the native enterprise.

Another old-timer, senior master Natalia Vasilyeva, went from manufacturer to head of the site for the production of cottage cheese, yogurt and feta cheese.

- She joined the company in 2005, 14 years later she became a senior master. Work is fun, she says. I like both the products we produce and the team: everyone here is responsive.

Tatiana Tikhina. As you know, the benchmarks of the production activity of any enterprise are the requests of consumers. Taking them into account, the assortment of Minsk Dairy Plant No. 1 is being updated. According to Deputy General Director for Production Tatiana Tikhina, now the company is actively working on lactose-free products.

Minsk Dairy Factory No. 1 feels confident in foreign markets. Together with the Russian representative office, the enterprise launched a large-scale project "Belarusian Village" - a multi-brand space in the style of a rural farmstead, where goods from more than 30 Belarusian manufacturers are presented. Trade zones have already been opened in Moscow, the Moscow region, St. Petersburg and Arkhangelsk. The geography of supplies is not limited to Russia. The production of the plant goes to China, Vietnam, Singapore, Bahrain, Egypt, Algeria, Mexico, Peru and other countries.

- The company is aimed at expanding exports and strengthening long-term partner relations, said Deputy General Director for Commercial Affairs Lilia Shamardinova. And the main guarantee of these successes are people who work conscientiously, investing their soul in each product.
