The information was revealed during the monitoring of the system. According to the law on GIS housing and communal services and the order of the Ministry of Construction of Russia, the partnership is obliged to place such a report within the prescribed time and in the approved form.
The inspection demanded to eliminate the deficiency as soon as possible – to publish the report in full. According to Kontur.Focus, the HOA on Svetlanovsky, 69, participated in two arbitration cases for a total of 406 thousand rubles.
