Tula Department Rosreestr will spend on the repair of its building 1 million rubles

The Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography in the Tula region announced a tender for the ongoing repair of retaining columns of its building in Tula. 929.7 thousand rubles will be allocated for these purposes.

The subject of the purchase is the current repair of retaining columns of the Rosreestr building. The documentation includes an estimate "Tula, Soyfer St. 20a, columns, ceiling" and a defective statement - the scope and composition of works the contractor will specify on these documents.

The auction is held only among small businesses. Participants will need: securing the application - 9.29 thousand rubles (money on a special account or an independent guarantee); ensuring the execution of the contract - 5% of the contract price; ensuring warranty obligations - 92.9 thousand rubles.

From the enforcement of the contract and warranty obligations exempt contractor who three years before the filing of the application without penalty three contracts for a total amount not less than the initial price of this purchase.

A warranty period is set for the result of the work - 60 months from the date of signing the acceptance document. The contractor must complete the work by December 28, 2026. Funding from the federal budget.
