Tulyak sued 297 thousand from Aviasales LLC for a flight from Urgench that flew away without him
Aleksinsky Interdistrict Court ordered Aviasales LLC to pay the passenger almost 297 thousand rubles due to a disrupted flight

The Aleksinsky Interdistrict Court ordered Aviasales LLC to pay the passenger almost 297 thousand rubles due to the disrupted flight. The man bought through the aggregator three air tickets for flights Moscow - Samarkand and Urgench - Moscow, but the return plane departed earlier than the specified time, shared with MK in Tula in the joint press service of the courts and ACV of the region.
As it was established during the proceedings, the tickets were purchased in August 2025 for the flights of May Fredjeter LLC. Departure from Urgench was scheduled for September 14, 2025 at 14:00. Information about the date and time of departure was reported to passengers three times.
On the day of departure, travelers arrived at the airport about four hours before departure. However, it turned out that the plane had already left in the morning. After that, the passenger appealed to the court with a claim against the aggregator and the airline, demanding compensation for losses, payment of a penalty, compensation for moral damage and a fine.
On October 26, 2026, the court satisfied the claims against Aviasales LLC. They recovered 112 thousand rubles of losses, 76 thousand rubles of penalties, 10 thousand rubles of compensation for moral damage and 99 thousand rubles of a fine from the company. The total amount was 297 thousand rubles. At the same time, the court refused to file a lawsuit against May Fredgeter LLC. The decision has not yet entered into force and can be appealed.
We will remind, earlier "MK in Tula" wrote about how a resident of Tula through the court managed to return more than 234 thousand rubles for a failed trip to the United Arab Emirates. The woman purchased a tour for four people worth almost 376 thousand rubles with a departure on March 6, 2026, but the trip had to be canceled due to security threats, combat and terrorist actions, closure of airspace and flight cancellations. The court ordered the tour operator GorTravel LLC to pay the client money for the trip, compensation for moral damage and a fine.
