The law allows residents of the Tula region to share annual paid leave, and some parts of it can be quite short.
Such information to Tula workers was voiced by Professor of the Financial University under the Russian Government Sergey Tolkachev.
“Patrimonial leave may be shared by agreement with the employer, but at least one part must last at least fourteen calendar days. This is according to Article one hundred and twenty-five of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation. The remaining days are distributed by agreement with the employer and recorded in the schedule of vacations, – broadcasts the arguments of the scientist resource “Banky.ru”.
According to Tolkachev’s colleague, associate professor Elvira Ramazanova, there is no requirement for a minimum five or seven days in the country’s legislation.
The rest of the leave after two mandatory weeks can be divided up to one-day vacations. If these intervals are included in the holiday schedule, the employer cannot prohibit them.
“MK in Tula” wrote: earlier readers were called the most profitable months for vacation in 2027. Tulyaks are financially comfortable to rest in April, September, July, December, August and March, in each of these months for twenty-two working days, so the difference between salary and vacation will be minimal. June and October will also be a good option with twenty-one working days.
