In 2027, more than 32 thousand children will rest in the Kursk region

Plans for the next year were shared at an extended meeting of the regional interdepartmental commission for the organization of rest and rehabilitation of children. It was held by Deputy Governor Yevgeny Lobov, representatives of executive bodies and supervisory agencies, heads of municipalities, heads and owners of children's camps participated.

In 2027, subsidies to municipalities, regional cashback and trips to federal children's centers and camps in other regions will remain. Unified rest service for children on public services will expand: parents will be able to apply for free and preferential vouchers to sanatorium camps and labor and recreation camps. Until the end of the year, sanatorium and profile camps will continue to operate in the region.

And the summer's results. In the region, 323 recreation organizations worked, 39,134 children received vouchers, more than 92,000 children participated in sports, cultural and patriotic events.

Particular attention was paid to those who need state support: 9,187 children in difficult life situations, 2,525 children of SVO participants, 562 children without parental care and 947 children with disabilities and children with disabilities rested. Of the border areas – 4,175 children, all applications of the heads of municipalities provided vouchers. More than 4 thousand children spent the summer outside the region, including “Artek”, “Eagle” and “Smena”, – for this Governor Alexander Khinshtein agreed with the Minister of education Sergey Kravtsov on 300 additional vouchers.

The camps hosted 51 profile shifts for 8,074 children. Security was kept a priority: security, video surveillance, emergency call buttons, exercises. No emergencies or accidents were allowed.

In the “Olympian” in Zheleznogorsk built a new building for 49 seats for 28.8 million rubles, and the “People’s budget” overhauled the sleeping building. For the third year, cashback works for self-purchased vouchers: 1,624 applications for 22.63 million rubles were accepted.
