In Balakov, IC officers organized an inspection due to the death of an elderly woman. This is reported by the SU IC in the Saratov region.

Specialists of the department initiated pre-investigation measures to clarify the details of what happened to the 69-year-old citizen. According to initial information, on September 22, 2026, the patient was brought to a local hospital, but she could not be saved, and she died, despite the efforts of doctors.

To clarify the causes of the tragedy, the Investigative Committee investigator, accompanied by a forensic expert, examined the body in order to restore the picture of events and establish all the factors that led to the death.
