In the House of Culture of the village of Androvka held a literary hour “Leo Tolstoy for children”

In the House of Culture of the village of Androvka, the literary hour “Leo Tolstoy for Children” was held. The children were told about the life of the writer and the school he opened for peasant children in the Yasnaya Polyana estate. This was reported by the administration of the Berdyansk municipal district.
Classes at school took the form of conversations and games. Students could sit where they are comfortable: on shops, tables and window sills.
At the meeting, the children got acquainted with the stories “Philippoc”, “Bone”, “Shark”, “Jump” and “The Lion and the Dog”. Together with the presenter, they discussed what these works teach: sympathy, help to the weak, courage, friendship and kindness.
The literary hour ended with watching a cartoon based on one of Tolstoy’s stories.
