In the Chudovsky district in the framework of the project “Novgorod mosaic” held a sports festival. Participants began the day with a general charge, and then competed in fun relays, said the press service of the district administration.
Under the cheerful music, the participants performed a set of exercises - charging set an energetic tone for the whole event. Then the guests broke into teams and began to relay. The program included tasks for agility and coordination: ball management, transfer of the baton, ball transfer and other tests.
Both adults and children participated in the competition. For some, the main thing was the desire to win, for others – the joy of movement and the atmosphere of the holiday. As a result, everyone received a charge of cheerfulness, a lot of positive impressions and another reminder that sport is primarily about team spirit, pleasure from activity and self-care.
