In the house of Fokin completed repairs to the rehabilitation center for 108 million rubles

108 million rubles will be spent on the completion of the reconstruction of the Center for Social Rehabilitation of Disabled and Disabled Children of the Admiralty District. The relevant purchase is posted on the website of the Unified Information System in the field of procurement.

We are talking about works in buildings on Meat Street, 3, letters A, B and M. The complex includes an object of cultural heritage - "Fokin's Profitable House". Due to the protective status of the monument, the contractor has special requirements: the company must have access to works on cultural heritage sites.

The winner will be determined by electronic competition. When evaluating applications, the experience of the company, the availability of equipment and qualified specialists, as well as the experience of implementing similar facilities will be taken into account.

In the renovated building, adults and adolescents over 14 years old will be able to undergo rehabilitation. The contractor will have to install internal low-current systems - alarm, communication and video surveillance - as well as carry out commissioning.

Applications will be accepted until November 18, will be considered on November 20. Results will be announced on November 23.
