In Essentuki, the Prosecutor’s office recovered from the contractor more than 478 million rubles for unfulfilled shore reinforcement

The commercial organization improperly performed the bank fortification of the Bugunta River in Essentuki. The regional Ministry of Natural Resources appealed to the court with a demand to recover from the head of the construction firm a fine on subsidiary liability for unfulfilled work.

The prosecutor proved that the LLC ceased operations in 2023 due to unfair behavior of the head – he evaded repayment of debt to the state customer more than 478 million rubles.

It was also established that the director was affiliated with other organizations where he or her relatives were managers or founders, and that the company was liquidated specifically to avoid obligations.

The court satisfied the claim and brought the head to subsidiary liability before the Ministry of Natural Resources of the region.
