In Gomel Children's Hospital rescuers conducted safety lessons
An unusual lesson in the form of play was held for young patients. Rescuers reminded children and their parents algorithms for emergency situations.

Important for the youngest. Safety lessons were held at the Gomel Regional Children's Clinical Hospital.
Thematic riddles, games and interactives – employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations visited young patients. Together, they learned how to deal with a fire, how to call 101 and 112, assemble autonomous fire detectors, and even evacuate a smoke-filled room. Everything was done in a playful way so that important rules could be remembered easily.
Ekaterina Pashkevich: Fire safety measures are needed in children’s institutions so that children know where to call, how to proceed, and do not get lost. It is very good to do it in a playful way so that they understand.”.
Egor Paskanny, Senior Inspector of the Propaganda and Public Relations Sector of the Gomel City Department for Emergency Situations: Our main goal is to remind children and parents about safety rules. The main task of parents is to create a safe environment for their children. Teach your child how to deal with a fire or any other emergency. And, of course, to be an example, because children absorb knowledge from a very young age.”.
Safety begins in childhood. It is important not only to explain to the child how to behave in an unusual situation, but also to show the right personal example. In memory of the meeting, everyone was handed useful gifts and reminders so that the necessary rules were always at hand.
