In Kalmykia, schoolchildren are introduced to the professions of road safety

The Regional Center "Safety Laboratory" of the Center for the Development of Gifted Children continues in Kalmykia the all-Russian project "JID Profession 2.0: On the roads.” It introduces minors to professions related to road safety and road transport complex.

Participants of the regular events were 90 students of the Elistin school No. 18 named after B. B. Gorodovikov, activists of the YID movement who helped the organizers, as well as 10 young inspectors of the movement of the Lagan school named after I. M. Lyulyakin, Lagan district.

Representatives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs told the guys about the profession of an employee of the State Traffic Inspectorate. Teachers of Kalmyk Medical College named after T. Khakhlynova explained the algorithms of rescue of victims in road accidents.

The students received answers to their questions from representatives of professions and got acquainted with the activities of road engineers, road builders, employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, specialists in disaster medicine, teachers and instructors of driving schools. To consolidate knowledge, a visa game was held, in which young traffic inspectors checked the level of training of participants.
