7 new sports venues will appear in Karachay-Cherkessia by the end of the year

Seven new sports facilities will appear in Karachay-Cherkessia by the end of the year. This was reported by the head of the Republic Rashid Temrezov.

According to the state program "Development of Physical Culture and Sports", four "smart" sites and three specialized complexes for the delivery of GTO standards are being built.

In Eltarkach village, the GTO site is almost ready - equipment has begun to be installed there. Rockets and simulators were delivered to Cherkessk. The complex in Grushka is completely completed.

In parallel, “smart” multifunctional sites are being built in Psyzh, Erken-Khalka, Garden and Kyzyl-Yurt. All objects are planned to be completed before the end of the year.

Since the beginning of the state program, we have built 86 sports grounds in different parts of the country. It is important that everyone could play sports near home, especially residents of small and remote settlements, said Rashid Temrezov.

The head of the KCR is sure that with the opening of new sites, there will be more supporters of active recreation in the republic.
