In Karelia celebrate the International day of KVN
Today, November 8, marks International KVN Day, a holiday that unites thousands of teams and fans of humor across the country

Today, November 8, the International Day of KVN is celebrated - a holiday that unites thousands of teams and fans of humor across the country. Karelia also does not stand aside: in Petrozavodsk and the regions of the republic, the KVN has long been part of youth and cultural life.
The club of fun and resourceful unites students, schoolchildren, employees of enterprises, representatives of creative teams and everyone who knows how to find funny even in the most ordinary situations. For many Karelian teams, KVN became not just a game, but a school of public speaking, improvisation, teamwork and the ability to speak with the hall.
In Petrozavodsk, KVN traditionally gathers both experienced players and beginners. Jokes about student life, city news, work, family, travel in Karelia and, of course, about the northern character are born here. Local teams have repeatedly participated in republican and interregional festivals, representing Karelia on the stages of other cities.
There are several leagues (from children to students) and cups, including the Cup of the Rector of PetrSU.
As for “Mk in Karelia” and KVN, they are bound by a long-standing friendship, and many Karelian pranksters are the authors of our publication. Ilya Emelin, aka Smokmechanik, knows all about heraldry, Tatiana Pirozhok is a connoisseur of serious crimes and detectives in his club “Purely English Murder”, Rostislav Reutov streams from the streets of Petrozavodsk about what the city breathes. In general, they already collected feathers on their team.
Earlier it was reported about the visit to Petrozavodsk of the famous kvn-shik and his master classes.
