The story is this: a resident of the regional center worked as a guard in the organization since 2015. In 2024, the employer terminated the contract with him. And without the desire of the employee and in violation of the procedure.
The prosecutor of the Kirov district made a presentation to the head and filed a lawsuit in court - for restoration and compensation for moral damage. But the court of first instance rejected the claim. The prosecutor did not surrender and appealed the decision.
The Kemerovo Regional Court examined the materials and made a new decision in favor of the employee. Now the decision is fulfilled: the man was restored, and compensation for moral damage – 40 thousand rubles – was paid.
