In Kemerovo, within the framework of the KRT program, the construction of the first residential building is completed

The administration of Kuzbass announced the completion of the construction of the first residential building as part of the development program of the regions. All 240 apartments have new owners. Officials promised that 540 hectares of land will be allocated under the general development plan. According to the idea of the authors of the project, 23 new quarters will be built in the village, with a total area of residential real estate of 3.4 million square meters.

The population of such areas is expected to be about 120 thousand inhabitants. Everything you need for a comfortable life, work and leisure will be a fifteen-minute walk.
