In Kerch, the Prosecutor’s office achieved a recalculation of pensions

The Prosecutor’s office of Kerch through the court has achieved the inclusion in the insurance experience of a local resident 30 years of work, which were not taken into account due to inaccuracies in the archival documents and work book. This was reported in the press service of the supervisory authority.

The Prosecutor’s office of the city of Kerch conducted a check on the appeal of a local resident. It turned out that when assigning a pension to a woman, not all periods of work were counted.

The reason was inaccuracies in archival documents and records in the workbook. Because of this, part of the experience remained outside the calculation.

The supervisory authority sent a lawsuit to the court demanding to include 30 years of work in the pensioner’s insurance experience. The court granted the prosecutor's request.

The decision has entered into force. After the recalculation, the monthly pension provision for women increased from 16 thousand to 19.5 thousand rubles.

In addition, she was once paid the amount of lost pensions — 40 thousand rubles.
