The Kirsanovsky district court chose a preventive measure in the form of detention for a 23-year-old resident of the Krasnodar Territory suspected of major fraud.
According to the investigation, on November 2, the young man, acting on the instructions of the curators, took 700 thousand rubles from the pensioner, who was under the influence of fraudsters. He fled with the stolen money. The suspect was arrested on November 6.
The court, having studied the submitted materials and heard the participants in the process, decided to place the defendant in custody. The ruling has not yet entered into force.
