“Great Ethnographic Dictation – 2026” was held in Koryazhma

The organizer of the action in the city was the team of the Youth and Cultural Center "Rodina", and the participants were high school students No. 3 and No. 4.

The Federal Agency for Nationalities is holding the dictation for the eleventh time. The action is aimed at increasing the knowledge of Russian residents and foreign citizens about the cultural diversity of the country and its peoples, as well as at realizing the importance of interethnic peace and harmony. For the first time the dictation was held on October 4, 2016, and for all time it was attended by about 21 million people.

In 2026, the event is held only in offline format. Its feature was video questions from participants of a special military operation and representatives of the peoples of Russia. The results of the action will be summed up on December 12, 2026 - on the Constitution Day of the Russian Federation.
