Tambov Youth Administration has defined the vector of work for 2027

A meeting of the Youth Administration was held in Tambov, where activists summed up the interim results and approved the strategy for the next year. The meeting was held under the supervision of Deputy head of the city administration Elena Malyshina.

The advisory body was established a year ago. It included representatives of active youth aged 16 to 30 years - schoolchildren, students and young professionals. Participation in the work of the structure allows young men and women not only to offer ideas for the development of the regional center, but also to get real experience in the field of municipal administration.

According to the approved plan, in 2027 members of the Youth Administration will have a rich program. The main emphasis will be placed on internships in the relevant departments of the City Hall, assistance in organizing city events and implementing their own socially significant initiatives.

The key area will be working with students. In particular, it is planned to develop student self-government, launch a project of “mobile reception” to quickly respond to the requests of young citizens, as well as audit the activities of youth clubs and organize sports tournaments. A separate block of the program is devoted to interaction with young personnel at Tambov enterprises.

The innovation will be thematic planning: each month will be assigned to a specific profile direction of one of the city administration bodies. The practical implementation of the planned tasks will start in the near future.
