In Kostroma explained how to reduce heating costs with a thermomizer

In Kostroma already 228 apartment buildings are equipped with thermomizers - automatic heat control systems. According to the city administration, such equipment allows you to maintain a comfortable temperature in the premises and reduce heating costs.

The operation of the system depends on the readings of the street sensor: the equipment independently regulates the amount of heat entering the house, taking into account the temperature on the street. Due to this, tenants do not have to constantly ventilate overheated apartments or additionally insulate due to the cold. Savings on heating can reach 30%, especially in the transitional months of October and April.

The average cost of installing one thermomizer is about 400 thousand rubles. The total amount depends on the number of thermal inputs in the building: each of them requires a separate device. If the heat unit is in a faulty condition, repairs must be carried out before installation of the equipment.

The city administration has named three ways to pay for the installation. Residents can raise money on their own, use capital fund funds, or apply for a city subsidy. The latter option allows you to compensate for 75% of the cost of design, equipment and installation, and the remaining 25% are paid by apartment owners. Applications for the installation of thermomizers in three houses are currently being considered.
