+7 degrees and precipitation expected in Komi on October 28

Very soon, on October 28, residents of the Komi Republic will be able to feel the breath of this autumn, and possibly the harbingers of winter. Forecasts weather forecasts are disappointing: the region expects changeable weather with temperature fluctuations and heavy precipitation. Already in the afternoon, the thermometer will fluctuate around the mark of +7 degrees, which in itself is a rather cool temperature for the end of October, but by the evening a significant decrease is expected - to +2 degrees.

Precipitation, most likely, will be in the nature of fine but prolonged rain, which by night can turn into wet snow. Such a change in weather conditions will require residents of the region to be especially careful on the roads, as it is possible to form ice, especially in the morning. Utilities will have to transfer work to an enhanced mode in order to quickly cope with the consequences of bad weather.
