In Kuznetsk, a park with a dry fountain and a summer stage is being built
Kuznetsk continues a large-scale transformation

Kuznetsk continues a large-scale transformation. The city is in full swing implementation of the project “To Kuznetsk – for ice cream!”, which became possible thanks to the victory in the All-Russian competition of the best projects of a comfortable urban environment. It was this triumph that opened access to federal funding and allowed us to start such global work within the framework of the national project “Infrastructure for Life”.
There's a lot of work on the set right now. Specialists are laying new paths for pedestrians, erecting a summer stage and preparing a parkour area. The highlight will be unusual geoplastic forms - "Hill" and "Ice cream". Lights are already installed, and in the future there will be a dry fountain, the jets of which will beat directly from the ground. The improvement will affect not only the park area, but also neighboring streets.
As a result, citizens will get a cozy and multifunctional place for walks, holidays and city events.
Acting Deputy Minister of Housing and Public Utilities and Civil Protection of the Region Yevgeny Mikhalev stressed that winning the competition is not just a high assessment of the project. This is a chance to change the face of the city for the better. According to him, the new park will become a center of attraction for residents of all ages. The bet is made on versatility, so that the space is in demand all year round. It is important that the project was created taking into account the opinions of the grasshoppers themselves – their ideas formed the basis of the concept, which guarantees the park the sincere love of citizens.
