In Lipetsk, the final of the Patriot military sports game took place: 10 teams fought for victory

In Lipetsk, the final of the 13th Patriot military sports game was held on the basis of the engineering and technology school No. 27.

The event was dedicated to the 65th anniversary of the first flight of Yuri Gagarin – a landmark that reminds of courage, aspiration to heights and responsibility to the Motherland. This was reported in the Department of Education of the city administration.

At one site, 10 strongest teams of schoolchildren of grades 5-7 met - guys from Gryazinsky, Yeletsky, Lebedyansky, Lipetsk, Izmalkovsky, Dobrinsky, Krasninsky districts, Lev-Tolstoy district, as well as from Yelets and Lipetsk. Each team went through a difficult qualifying stage to be in the final and prove that it is worthy to represent its territory.

Young participants showed knowledge of history, combat training, first aid skills, sports endurance and the ability to act as a team. Tests became not just competitions, but a real school of responsibility and camaraderie: here it was important not only to show a personal result, but also to help out a comrade, to give a shoulder in time. Tasks are selected to test children in different situations - from historical quiz to practical skills that can be useful in life.

The game was held within the framework of the federal project “Youth and Children” and once again showed how important it is to support the children’s interest in history, sports and readiness to help each other. For schoolchildren, such competitions are an opportunity to test themselves in conditions close to real tasks, and for the region - another step in the patriotic education of the younger generation. Such tournaments not only identify the strongest, but also form the habit of children to work in a team, take responsibility and respect the opponent.
