Restoration of roads is under the national project and plan

The head of the Luhansk People’s Republic Leonid Pasechnik reported on the large-scale upgrade of the transport infrastructure of the region. Despite the regular attacks of the enemy, road services do not slow down the pace of work and since the beginning of the year have already brought more than 450 kilometers of roadway into normal condition.
As part of the national project “Infrastructure for Life”, over 350 kilometers of regional and municipal highways have been restored. The update affected Krasnodon, Belovodsky, Novoaidar, Perevalsky, Stanichno-Lugansk, Sverdlovsk and Antracytov districts.
According to the head of the LPR, this work was the result of close cooperation between the State Company Avtodor, the Ministry of Transport of the LPR, local enterprises and regions-chiefs. The implementation of the tasks set by the President of Russia to bring the road network in order by 2030 continues systematically to make the movement of residents of Luhansk region as comfortable and safe as possible.
