During the check with the exit to the place, the Rospotrebnadzor specialist took samples of water from the canal. A laboratory study revealed an excess of the concentration of pollutants. The Ministry of Natural Resources of the republic sent survey materials to the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Dagestan to establish who discharges oil products and bring him to justice.
The Prosecutor’s Office of the Kirov district of Makhachkala made a submission to Dagmeliovodkhoz, which operates the canal, with the requirement to take measures to clean up the water body.
