The NAO will host the first meeting of the project “Let’s talk heart to heart”

The governor of the NAO Irina Gekht invited wives, mothers, sisters and daughters of participants of a special military operation to the project “Let’s talk heart to heart”.

- Those who support loved ones also need support. Wives, mothers, sisters and daughters of participants in a special military operation often have to cope with anxiety and fatigue, solve many everyday issues. Sometimes there is no strength left, the head of the region noted.

On October 31, the project “Let’s talk heart to heart” begins. The first meeting will be held to calmly talk about what excites, take time for yourself and meet women who are familiar with similar experiences.

Together with psychologist Love Rosenberg, the participants will talk about where to find strength in difficult periods of life. The program includes anti-stress exercises, work with metaphorical maps, acquaintance with art therapy and body practices. It will be possible to get individual advice from a psychologist or lawyer.

Irina Gekht noted that she wants these meetings to help participants find their social circle, so that there are people with whom you can share experiences, ask for advice or just be heard. The first group will have 40 participants, so that each has enough time and attention of specialists.
