In Novorossiysk until the end of 2026 will prepare a unified plan of landscaping based on the digitization of trees, shrubs and other vegetation.

As told “Kommersant-Novorossiysk” in the mayor’s office, now in a single database make all the green spaces of the city. The work is carried out within the framework of the project “Water-green framework”, for which 64 million rubles were allocated from the budget.

The contract was concluded with the St. Petersburg company Lengiprogor LLC. The administration recalled that work on the project began in 2025.

According to Deputy Head of Novorossiysk Natalia Ishchenko, the frame will unite water bodies, parks, squares, courtyards and pedestrian routes. She stressed that this is a long-term strategy, not a one-time planting of trees.
