In Suzun kindergarten No. 1 inspector of traffic police held a lesson “Young drivers”

In the Suzun municipal district of the Novosibirsk region, employees of the traffic police conducted a preventive lesson for pupils of kindergarten No. 1. The event entitled “Young drivers” was devoted to the study of traffic rules and the prevention of child injuries.
During the meeting, the police inspector introduced preschoolers to the main road signs and explained how to behave correctly on the road. The children were also told about professions related to transport.
Special attention was paid to the safety of children in the dark. The traffic police officer explained why it is important to use reflective elements on clothes that help drivers to notice pedestrians in insufficient lighting.
In addition, preschoolers were reminded of the need to wear a seatbelt while traveling by car and use child restraints.
To consolidate the knowledge gained, the organizers prepared contests, riddles and quizzes. Children guessed the meaning of road signs, performed game tasks and learned to make decisions in various traffic situations.
Special attention was paid during the class to teamwork. Pupils helped each other cope with tasks and learned to take responsibility for the safety of others.
The State Traffic Inspectorate noted that such preventive measures allow children to develop safe behavior skills on the roads from an early age.
Earlier, "MK in Novosibirsk" reported on an informative excursion for children of the kindergarten to the police department of the Suzun district.
