In the Orel region, a court decision on the claim of the Mtsensk interdistrict prosecutor's office entered into legal force. The court terminated the right of private ownership of two land plots with a total area of more than 3 thousand square meters.
According to the press service of the supervisory authority, the plots were sold from municipal property along with the buildings located on them. At the same time, the land area did not correspond to the area of real estate.
Mtsensky district court recognized the contracts of sale invalid and satisfied the requirements of the prosecutor. The execution of the decision is under the control of the department.
