As a result of the audit, the head of the contractor made a submission
In the Paninsky district of the Voronezh region, the supervisory authorities checked the progress of the overhaul of the secondary school. More than 45 million rubles were allocated for these purposes, but the facility is only 75% ready, and the contractor does not fit into the established schedule.
District Prosecutor Vladimir Bondarev, together with representatives of the district administration and the contracting organization, inspected the school. During the inspection, violations of requirements for procurement, labor protection and urban planning were established. In particular, fewer workers worked at the site than envisaged by the project documentation, and the pace of work lagged behind schedule. In addition, the contractor did not timely remove construction debris and did not organize proper fencing of the territory.
As a result of the audit, a submission was made to the head of the contractor organization. Administrative proceedings have been initiated against the company official. The prosecutor's office monitors the elimination of violations and the further progress of repairs.
