In Petrozavodsk updated kindergarten “Rainbow”: details of reconstruction

The overhaul of kindergarten No. 34 “Rainbow” in Petrozavodsk is planned to be completed before the end of the year. Children and teachers will return to the renovated building and celebrate the New Year.

Mayor of the Karelian capital Inna Kolykhmatova shared information on the progress of major repairs in the preschool institution “Rainbow”. The building, built in 1967, needed a serious upgrade of utilities: there is a complete replacement of water supply, sewerage and electrical wiring systems.

At the moment, new radiators and windows have already been installed on the second floor, the installation of electricians and the arrangement of bathrooms have been completed. The builders moved on to finishing the stairwells.

The project is implemented with the support of the national project “Family”, initiated by the President of the Russian Federation.
