The first agreement is aimed at the development of ski racing and the involvement of children, adolescents and young people in regular physical education and sports. Special attention will be paid to the development of sports infrastructure of Kirovsk, which has become one of the centers of skiing in Russia. The cooperation also includes support for the program “For Children of Russia – Education, Health and Spirituality” (DROSD).

“Support of sport, both high-achievement sport and mass sport, as well as youth sport, are among our constant priorities. PhosAgro develops sports infrastructure in the cities of its presence, supports professional and amateur teams, acts as a reliable partner of many sports federations, as well as the Russian Olympians Support Fund and the Russian Paralympic Committee, said Alexander Gilgenberg, General Director of PhosAgro.

The second agreement provides for cooperation with the Anatoly Rakhlin Sports Support and Development Foundation in the field of youth sports, promotion of a healthy lifestyle and judo, as well as the organization of sports events. In 2026-2027, PhosAgro will be the general sponsor of the fund and will provide resource support for joint initiatives. Among them is the popularization of judo among children and adolescents, including within the framework of the DRZD program.

According to Mikhail Rakhlin, President of the St. Petersburg Judo Federation, Russian athletes have won ten medals at the World Championships over the past two years, six of which, according to him, belong to representatives of the St. Petersburg Judo Federation. He also noted that the Foundation supports the development of rhythmic gymnastics, fencing and bullet shooting.

The DRZD program is one of PhosAgro’s key social projects. For its implementation, the company sent more than 2.5 billion rubles. Now the program operates in nine regions of Russia, more than 13 thousand children are engaged in its sports sections.
