In the Kaluga region, the “even-odd” system is returned at separate gas stations. The reason is called local logistics failures in fuel supplies. This was reported in his Telegram channel by the head of the region Vladislav Shapsha.
According to the new rules, only cars whose registration numbers begin with the numbers 0, 2, 4, 6 or 8 will be able to refuel on even days of the month. On odd days, all the other cars. In addition, the gas station is prohibited to release gasoline in canisters.
The governor noted that the authorities are working to stabilize fuel supplies. The regional online portal for monitoring the availability of gasoline at specific gas stations continues to work. Additional opportunities are also being used to increase supplies, including from Belarus. “We are doing everything to quickly normalize the situation,” Shapsha wrote.
Earlier, the system “even-odd” was introduced in the region on August 15, but from September 1 it was canceled. The current return of restrictions is due to the deterioration of the supply situation.
Up to 50 cars lined up in the queue for fuel at the Rostov gas station.
