In Rostov-on-Don, a tender was announced for the development of a project for the overhaul of the SIZO-1 administrative building. The customer is FKU SIZO-1 GUFSIN of Russia in the Rostov region. More than 2 million rubles were allocated for the design from the federal budget.

The designer will perform engineering surveys, measurement works, design connection to existing engineering networks, as well as develop architectural and design solutions taking into account modern requirements of aesthetics, ergonomics and energy efficiency.

The building with an area of 1,420.5 square meters is located on a plot of 9,424 square meters, has 4 above-ground and 1 underground floor. The property does not belong to cultural heritage and hazardous production facilities.

Project documentation should be ready before September 1, 2027, the cost of construction work will be specified at the design stage. Applications are accepted until October 2.
