In Rostov-on-Don, residents report a communication failure. Complaints were received on September 23 at about 22:30.

Rostov residents cannot make a call or send a message. In addition, it is difficult to call a taxi, and mobile Internet does not work.

A similar situation exists in the Don region. Communications disappeared from residents after the declaration of missile danger. Later announced the withdrawal, but the network did not start working.
