In the Rostov region for a week significantly cheaper gasoline AI-92
In the Don fuel market continues to decline prices

In the Don fuel market, prices continue to decline. According to Rosstat, for the period from 20 to 26 October in the Rostov region on average, fuel fell by the ruble, while some brands of gasoline lost much more in price.
The most expensive gasoline brand AI-92: if a week earlier a liter of fuel cost 76.07 rubles, now - 74.47 rubles, that is, 1.6 rubles less. The cost of AI-95 decreased almost by the ruble - from 83.45 to 82.66 rubles per liter. Diesel fuel also fell in price: from 78.20 to 77.45 rubles per liter.
Only the price of high-octane gasoline of the AI-98 brand and higher remained unchanged - 111.49 rubles per liter.
However, according to experts, Rosstat statistics reflect the average price for the region and do not always coincide with the cost of fuel at specific filling stations. The final price is influenced by the brand of the fuel station, its location and the format of the fuel, so the difference between the statistics and the price tags at the stations can be noticeable.
Earlier, the Ministry of Industry and Energy of the Rostov region and UFAS concluded an agreement according to which gasoline prices will be monitored daily together with independent owners of filling stations.
Recall that in October 2026 in the Rostov region, a list of gas stations was compiled, where fuel is allowed to be supplied to certified containers. The list was prepared following a meeting of the operational headquarters in the regional government - the reason was the appeal of citizens who experienced difficulties with refueling household appliances, generators and chainsaws. At some stations, the release of fuel into consumer containers is allowed only at certain times.
In addition, from March 1, 2027, a ban on the sale of fuel to teenagers without a driver's license comes into force. The exception will be citizens who have reached the age of 16 and have the legal right to drive vehicles, they will still be able to use the services of filling stations.
