In Saransk with the help of drones will check land

From October 1, 2026, inspections of Saransk residents by drones will receive official status. Fines threaten not only for unregistered buildings, but also for abandoned land, misuse and fences outside the site.

We will look at three factors: how the land is used, whether the actual boundaries coincide with the legal ones, and whether there is clutter. On the site under IZHS should not be shops, car service or cafe. Weeds above a meter and dilapidated buildings will also be the reason for punishment up to the seizure of the site.

Particular attention will be paid to the boundaries of the site. Many people move the fence to the forest or road, thinking that without surveying it will not check.
