This is evidenced by information posted on the public procurement portal. The customer is the Saratov State Conservatory named after L.V. Sobinov.
The contract worth 2.8 million rubles provides for the overhaul of the security alarm system. The system will be connected to a single network with the display of object graphics on a personal computer and a general penetration alarm. Financing of works comes from subsidies of the federal budget.
Work will begin from the moment of signing the contract and will last until December 7, 2026. The building is three-storey with a basement, complex in shape in plan, with a pitched roof. The total area of the building is 1918.3 square meters, the area of the site is 1222 square meters.
The mansion was built in the second quarter of the XIX century. In 1850-1860, Saratov retired general Alexei Aleksandrovich Shakhmatov lived in it. After his death, the house was inherited by the daughter of Natalia Alekseevna Trirogova and her husband V.G. Trirogov. In the 1880s, the Saratov district zemstvo administration was located in the building, which in 1910 added the third floor and made the exterior decoration of the house.
In the early years of Soviet power, many successive institutions were located here. The building is located at the intersection of Workers Street and Gorky Street.
Currently, it is occupied by the Theatre Institute of the Saratov State Conservatory named after L.V. Sobinov.
