In September, 2570 appeals of citizens were considered and processed in the Kakhov municipal district. This was reported by the head of the district Pavel Filipchuk.
According to him, he regularly communicates with residents during detours of the territory, holds personal meetings, answers questions and fixes problems. Complex appeals are transferred to the relevant specialized departments, but do not forget about them and keep them under control until the issue is fully resolved.
There are many appeals and their topics are diverse. However, most often in September people appealed on housing and communal services, which accounted for 23% of the total number of applications. Residents were concerned about the lack of electricity and water, damage to houses after shelling, the provision of OSB boards and payment for utilities.
15% of the appeals concerned the work of multifunctional centers.
9% were related to the activities of the Social Fund. Citizens applied for recalculation of pensions, registration of pension payments, certificates and admission to the SFR client service.
7% of applications were related to the work of the labor department and social protection, including issues of processing benefits and obtaining preferential coal.
6% of applications concerned passports, residence permits, registration and notarial services.
Other appeals included issues of re-registration of property, work of Rosreestr, health, education, registry office, provision of humanitarian aid, satellite television and others.
Behind each figure lies a specific life situation, so it is important not only to collect statistics, but also to delve into the essence of each appeal, said Filipchuk.
