In Serpukhov, 58 houses are transferred to new boiler houses
In Serpukhov, for the first time in several decades, two new block-modular boiler houses are being built at once under the program of the governor of the Moscow region
Last night, specialists performed a technically complex insertion of the new heat network. The work was completed at 00:10, from 00:15 began filling the system, by 04:10 the network is full.
58 objects are involved in the switch. Four socially significant facilities are already receiving heat, six more consumers are connected, and 44 apartment buildings are stirring up and running intra-home systems. After filling the network in the houses, excitation is possible, so all management companies are instructed to quickly open the valves and stir up the systems.
The works are distributed between MBU "Housing" (17 houses), LLC "Remontnik" (9), LLC "Your Assistant" (5), LLC "Good House" (3), LLC "New Management Company" (2), LLC "UK Parity" (2), LLC "Dom-Service Serpukhov" (1) and LLC "Bytovik-Housing" (1). Also, the work is carried out by Jubilee, Alliance, Iskra and a house on Sovetskaya Street, 74, where residents manage the house independently. This setup is a normal step after a large-scale switch.
