In the Staroyurievsky district, the driver will pay a fine for tinting

In the Staroyurievsky municipal district, a 20-year-old local resident was found guilty of disobeying the request of a police officer. The incident occurred on October 28 in the village of Staroyurievo.

The young man continued to drive a car whose glass was covered with film with an unacceptable level of light transmission, although on October 10 he received an official warning from the police about the need to stop such trips. He ignored the demands of the police.

The court qualified the actions of the driver under Part 1 of Article 19.3 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation. During the trial, the man fully admitted his guilt. When making a decision, the court took into account the repetition of a similar offense as an aggravating circumstance and imposed an administrative fine of 3,000 rubles.

The ruling has not yet entered into force and can be appealed.
